Applied to Hope? We’d like to invite you to one of our upcoming Applicant Days, which gives you an in-depth insight into what life at Hope is all about! If you haven’t applied, don’t worry, you’re still more than welcome to come along – and here’s 7 reasons why!
- Find out about your course
If you’re thinking about coming to an Applicant Day then you’ve probably got an idea of the course that you want to study. So now is your chance to really get to know your course! Our academics will be delivering interactive taster sessions and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. Plus you’ll be able to speak to current students to find out some insider knowledge about the course!
- Have a look around campus
From beautiful gardens to specialist facilities, our campuses are something that we’re proud of. And we’d love for you to see them! You’re more than welcome to join a campus tour and see the likes of the library, sports centre and food outlets or you can have a wander around yourself. There’s some great spots for an Instagram shot!
- Accommodation
At Hope we have a variety of halls of residence across three campuses – Hope Park, Creative Campus and Aigburth Park. And on an Applicant Day you can visit them all! From en-suite to shared facilities, our accommodation caters for everyone and as a first year student we guarantee you somewhere to live on campus. During term-time we even provide you with a free shuttle bus to take you from one campus to another!
- Meet future friends
We invite all of our applicants to these open house days, and even people who haven’t applied yet. So you’ll get to meet lots of people from your course and have the chance to make friends before you actually start.
- See the city
Liverpool is a magnificent city bursting with culture and character, and coming to an Applicant Day will give you the chance to see for yourself! Hop on the free shuttle bus to the Creative Campus and you’re just a short walk away from town. Whether you fancy something to eat, a bit of shopping or you want to explore the many museums, Liverpool has something for everyone and we think it’s the best city in the UK!
- Chat to current students
Throughout the day there’ll be lots of opportunities to talk to current students as well as our team of Student Ambassadors. So if you have any questions about your course, accommodation or life at Hope just ask away. In the meantime you can hear from current students on our student blog.
- Show your family and friends
We’re proud of our university and we think you will be too! So use the Applicant Day as a chance to show your friends and family around campus and show them what life at Hope is really like!
